LG has released the latest in the Banter line of phones with the Banter Touch.  The Banter touch is the ultimate in messaging with both a touch screen and a slide out qwerty keyboard.   The slide out Qwerty keyboard provides the feel of real keys while the touch screen provides an easy to use interface when using the multimedia features and making phone calls.

The full screen provides a nice way to view web sites, watch videos, view pictures and more.  Take pictures with the onboard camera and share them easily on facebook and other social networking sites.  As with any touch screen, protecting the screen should be a top priority.  Choosing one of the screenguardz or full body bodyguardz is a simple way to provide protection without adding bulk.  Other must have Banter Touch Accessories include the silicone covers that cover the sides and back providing drop protection.  Other LG Touch Banter Accessories that keep the phone charged include a selection of top quality chargers and external batteries.

Overall, the Banter is a good phone at a fair price point.  While it is not as powerful as many of the high end smartphones, it is a great mid level messaging phone.
